Figuring Out
with Raj Shamani
One of the biggest business interview shows going. We cut its episodes into short-form and ran them across pages in our network — reach well past the show's own handles.

Overview
Figuring Out is a top business podcast with a large, loyal audience — but almost all of its short-form reach sits on Raj's own accounts. We cut 40 published episodes into 820 vertical clips and ran them across a network of 1,000+ business and founder pages. Everything came from material that was already public; nothing new was filmed.
The gap
A big audience and a ceiling. Every clip was still fighting the same algorithm on the same handful of owned handles, while a deep back catalogue of strong moments had been posted once and forgotten.
How it ran
- Pulled 40 published episodes and mapped ~820 standalone moments worth clipping.
- Cut each to a locked spec — hook in the first second, burned-in captions, platform-native framing.
- Distributed across 1,000+ business and founder pages in our network, separate from the show's own channels.
- Tracked every clip and shifted weight toward the hooks compounding fastest.

The takeaway
This is what our pages do with a catalogue that already works. Your show doesn't need Figuring Out's audience to get the same treatment — it needs the same number of places to land.
